End User License Agreement

This application is an internal tool developed and used by Block & Code Electronics Inc. (“SparkBlocks”) to connect our QuickBooks Online account with our internal systems. It is not distributed, licensed, or made available to the public or to any third party.
By using this application, authorized SparkBlocks personnel agree to:
- Use the application solely for SparkBlocks’ internal business purposes.
- Comply with Intuit’s and QuickBooks Online’s applicable terms and policies when accessing or using data through this connection.
- Use the application only as authorized by SparkBlocks.
This application is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparkBlocks disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparkBlocks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this application.
