Our primary markets are:

  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • United Kingdom
  • European countries

That said, we currently ship to most countries worldwide!

📦 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs depend on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Final rates are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is available on orders over $200, in the currency you are charged in. That means over CA$200 for orders going to Canada, and over US$200 for orders going to the United States.

⏱️ Delivery Timing

Once shipped, most international orders arrive within 5–14 business days. Orders to the United States and Canada typically arrive within 3–6 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary based on inventory availability, customs processing, and local carrier conditions.

You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

📦 Fulfillment & Carriers

Orders are shipped from our regional fulfillment partners. Shipping methods vary by region. If your item is delayed, we’ll keep you posted.

📭 If your order does not arrive

If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days within the United States or Canada, or 30 calendar days internationally, email us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

If you do not hear back from us within 5 business days, please reach out again and we will chase it further.

If a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it or refund you. That is our cost, not yours, and we do not wait for the carrier's claim to close before sorting you out.

If you paid for an upgraded shipping service and your order did not arrive within the service you paid for, tell us and we will refund the upgrade.

👮 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Local customs fees or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.
