Refund policy

We want you to love your SparkBlocks. If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or incomplete kit?

No problem. Email us at Info@SparkBlocks.ca with your order number and a photo (if possible). We’ll send a replacement right away.

Changed your mind?

If your kit is in new, unused condition and you contact us within 60 days of delivery, we’ll offer a refund minus shipping, return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee.  “New, unused condition” means:

• original packaging intact (including any craft paper band)
• sealed parts bags unopened
• no signs of use or assembly

We don’t offer automated exchanges, but if you ordered the wrong thing or need help finding the right kit, email us. We’re happy to help.

 

Digital items and downloads:

These are non-refundable once delivered.
