Refund policy

We want you to love your SparkBlocks. If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or incomplete kit?

No problem. Email us at Info@SparkBlocks.ca with your order number and a photo (if possible). We’ll send a replacement right away.

Changed your mind?

No problem. If you contact us within 60 days of delivery, you can return your kit for a full refund.

To qualify for a refund, returned kits must include all original parts and be undamaged. It’s okay if the packaging has been opened, but the kit should be returned in good, complete condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned kit, we’ll refund the original purchase price to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

We don’t offer automated exchanges, but if you ordered the wrong thing or need help finding the right kit, email us. We’re happy to help.

Digital items and downloads:

These are non-refundable once delivered.
