Shipping is worked out at checkout from the destination, since kits go out from regional warehouses. Duties and taxes are added there too, where they apply.
The educator resources and printable build guides cost nothing on top of a kit, and there is no paywall on any of them. If something in a kit breaks or goes missing, contact support for the part rather than buying the whole kit again.
