The 3-in-1 Mighty Machines Theme Build is a hands-on SparkBlocks project kit that lets kids build three different machines:
- a Marble Lifter with an infinite-loop marble run
- a slow-turning Windmill
- a Candy Dispenser (bring your own candy... will your favorites work, or get crushed?)
Each build uses the same core components in creative ways to explore motion, control, and cause-and-effect. Build one machine at a time, take it apart, and try the next; same parts, new ideas!
No screens. No coding. Just build, test, and play.

This 3-in-1 Mighty Machines Kit is an add-on build. To complete this build, you’ll need your Intro to Circuits Kit, including the Battery Block and core circuit pieces (wire connectors, switches, and other basics).

As the title has stated: I like this kit. I think it is well thought of to be able to make 3 builds out of the same pieces, most of them, instead of having single use kits - does anyone really do that with lego type building blocks anyways?
Regardless, we have built the marble lifter, which worked after some minor troubleshooting and works well, ideally, probably needs one or two more 'marbles' to run efficiently, but, its does run.
Secondly, we have also built the candy dispenser and my children found some beads we had to use as the candy and it too, works. Needless to say, while we won't be eating the beads, we will eat other candies while putting the beads through and hopefully won't be getting them mixed up.
As said in another review, we live in our house, it is not show ready and there is music playing. Enjoy!

Havenot introduced the grandkids yet to this neat "toy". But as a degreed electrical engineer I am looking forward to introducing them to the world of electronics thru this neat vector!!

Purchased the Intro Kit, Expansion Kit, Walking Ant, and Mighty Machines for our STEAM Club. As soon as the students realized there was the Marble Lifter, they grouped up and started building! It was so exciting to see them so focused working together to understand the blocks and building this machine. They refused to tear it down to try other machines, but instead kept it charged and running during the day so that other students could see it! Perhaps we'll try another Mighty Machine next year!

Spark blocks is an awesome product and the three in one adds variety and keeps the kids coming back to try new ideas.
