Yes. Any time before your order ships, cancelling is free and you get every cent back. Email us and say so.
Once it has shipped we cannot pull it back, and cancelling turns into a return instead. That is the version that costs you money, so it is worth being quick.
Before it ships: free, full refund
Email Info@SparkBlocks.ca with your order number and the word "cancel". We cancel the order and refund the whole amount to your original payment method. No fee, no shipping deducted, nothing held back.

After it ships: it becomes a return
Once the parcel is with the carrier we cannot recall it. What you do instead is return it: 60 days from delivery, we send a prepaid label, and a 10% restocking fee plus the label cost come out of the refund. Our return policy, in plain words has the full picture.
Do not open it. A change-of-mind return only qualifies while the kit is still sealed. If you already know you do not want it, leave the box shut and email us. Opening it to have a look is the difference between getting most of your money back and getting none of it.
What the difference is worth

That is roughly $30, or about 20% of the order, and on a larger order it is a larger number. It is the single best reason to email us the moment you change your mind rather than waiting to see what happens.

I ordered twice by mistake

My order is waiting on stock and I do not want to wait
Then it has not shipped, which means you can cancel it and get a full refund whenever you like. You are not committed to waiting.
